Neil, Sonia and Bob are highly skilled practitioners and have worked for over 20 years in both government and community organisations.

Their professional experience includes relationship and family counselling, professional supervision, community and tertiary education, group facilitation, professional training and management.

Neil Wiseman is a member of Queensland Counsellor's Association and a registered member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia - Registration Number 020231).

Sonia Lonne (M.Soc Wk) is a member of Australian Association of Social Workers, Queensland Counsellors Association and a registered member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia - Registration Number 20368).

Dr. Bob Lonne is an experienced practitioner, manager, tertiary educator, researcher and international author and is currently the National President of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
